Adalyn is now 11 years old. When we first moved to Uganda, she had just turned 3 years old. Time has seemed to fly by, but it has been a blessing to watch her grow physically, emotionally, and spiritually over these last several years. Each year, we ask her questions about some of her favorite things, so you can join us in watching her grow. Here are her latest answers:  

1. What is your favorite color?  Orange
2. What toy(s) do you like to play with?  Legos
3. What are your favorite foods?  Sweet and Sour Chicken, Pizza
4. What are your favorite drinks?  Milk, Tropical Mix juice, Mirinda sodas
5. What TV shows do you like to watch?  Brainchild, The Who Was? Show, Nature shows
6. What is your favorite outfit?  Baggy shirts and sport shorts
7. What are some of the things you love to do?  Playing outside & with the dogs, Reading, Playing Nintendo Switch 
8. What are your favorite sports?  Soccer, Rugby, Netball
9. If you could be an animal for a day, which one would you be? Why?  A dog so I could know what a dog thinks on a regular basis
10. What lunch are you loving right now? Nutella, banana and peanut butter wraps
11. What book(s) do you like to read right now?  Percy Jackson, Heroes of Olympus
12. What are your favorite games?  Ticket to Ride, Risk, Rumicub
13. What are your favorite video games? Minecraft, Rocket League, Boomerang Fu  
14. What are you thankful for?  My dogs and rabbit
15. What is your go-to snack right now?  Roasted gnuts (our type of peanuts), Peanut butter and apples
16. What do you like about school?  Playing sports in PE
17. What do you like to take to bed with you at night?  Fuzzy (stuffed koala from Australia) and Blankie 
18. What movies can you watch over and over again?  “Tom and Jerry”, “Bad Guys”, “Super Mario Bros”
19. What has been your favorite place to visit? Why?  Murchison Falls National Park because the lodge is great, and seeing animals is cool  
20. What do you want to be when you grow up?  Chef or professional soccer player
